Our Cumberland facility is located at 525 Broad St, on the second floor of the William E. Blackstone Medical Building, across from the former Ann & Hope).

From Interstate 95 / Providence:
Take Interstate 95 north to the Lonsdale Ave. (exit 26) in Pawtucket. At lights, turn left onto Lonsdale Ave., North (Route 122). Go about 3 miles, turning right at the sixth set of lights (Ann & Hope Way). Proceed about 1/3 mile to the lights at the end, which is the intersection with Broad St. Make a right and then an immediate left into Blackstone Medical entrance.

From Woonsocket and Worcester
Take Route 146 South to Interstate 295 North. Take exit 10 for Mendon Road (Route 122) South. Proceed about 2.5 miles and turn left at the traffic lights onto Broad St.. The Blackstone Medical Building is about 1/2 mile on the left side, at a set of traffic lights.

From Attleboro and Boston
Take Interstate 95 South to exit 3B for Route 123 West. Take 123 West for about 5 miles (past Routes 1A and 1 to end, which will be Broad St.) Turn right onto Broad St., and the Blackstone Medical Building will be about 1/4 mile on the right side.
