Travel North on Route 146 and take the Route 5/102 - Forestdale/ Slatersville exit. Turn right at the stop sign, and right at the lights (146A/Great Road). The Branch Village entrance drive is .6 miles on the left. Proceed up the entrance drive, turning left at the top. Our facility is located towards the end of the building in suite 202.

From Route 146, Massachusetts
Travel South on Route 146 and take the RI Route 5/102 - Forestdale/Slatersville exit. Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Route 146A/Great Road. The Branch Village entrance drive ia .7 miles on the left. Proceed up the entrance drive, turning left at the top. Our facility is located towards the end of the building in suite 202.
